Local Delivery

Eligibility
Local delivery is available for orders with delivery addresses within approximately 60 miles of our Minnesota warehouse.

Fees
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the distance of the delivery location.

Delivery Timing

• Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be delivered on the same day.
• Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered the next business day.

Availability
The local delivery option will appear at checkout if your address falls within the designated geographic area.

Shipping – Orders Including Frozen or Fresh Items

Processing Time
All orders are processed within a maximum of three business days from the date the order is placed.

Shipping Schedule

• Monday to Wednesday Orders: Orders placed between Monday and Wednesday (before 3:00 PM on Wednesday) will be shipped within one business day.
• Wednesday After 3:00 PM to Sunday Orders: Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Wednesday through Sunday will be shipped the following Monday or Tuesday (excluding public holidays).

Packaging
Frozen goods are shipped in insulated bags or boxes with ice packs to maintain their quality during transit. These insulated packages keep items frozen for up to 76 hours, ensuring freshness upon arrival.

Frozen Item Shipping Schedule

• Monday to Wednesday Orders: Frozen items will be shipped within 24 hours if the order is placed between Monday and Wednesday.
• Thursday to Sunday Orders: Frozen items ordered between Thursday and Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday. This schedule prevents frozen items from being held at shipping facilities over the weekend, which could compromise their quality.

Shipping – Orders Including Only Dry Items

Processing Time
Orders are processed within a maximum of three business days from the date the order is placed.

Shipping Schedule for Dry Items
Non-frozen orders placed from Monday to Friday will be shipped on the next business day.

Additional Information

Undeliverable Packages or Failed Deliveries
If a package is undeliverable or delivery fails, it will be returned to Next Africa Shopping Wall’s warehouse. Once received, a refund will be issued for the items, excluding the shipping fee. Customers who wish to reorder must place a new order.
