Shipping Information:

• Frozen items are shipped in insulated packaging to ensure their freshness and quality. We ship all frozen products via USPS or other carriers, typically within 2-3 business days of order placement.
• Express and overnight shipping options are available for an additional charge. We recommend choosing a shipping method that delivers within 3 days to ensure the quality of your frozen items.
• Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
• The delivery window is determined by the shipping service used, and delays due to weather or traffic conditions may occur.
• Frozen shipments are dispatched on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to avoid weekend delays.
• All frozen shipments are sent with a “Shipper’s Release”, allowing the carrier to leave the package at your location without requiring a signature.

Shipping Locations:

• We primarily ship to home addresses but also deliver to apartment complexes. If you live in an apartment or condominium, please check with your building management or leasing office to ensure packages can be received before placing your order. We are not responsible for how packages are handled once they arrive at your location.
• We also ship to business addresses, but please note that we cannot be responsible for how packages are handled once they arrive at a business location.

Upon Receipt:

• Immediately place your frozen items in the freezer or refrigerator to maintain their quality.
• If you have concerns about the condition of your items upon arrival, please contact us immediately with photo or video proof to support your claim.
• Our packaging is designed to keep your items frozen for up to 72 hours under normal conditions. However, please avoid leaving the package in direct sunlight or extreme temperatures.
• Your items should arrive at a safe temperature for frozen food. Some defrosting may occur, especially with less dense items, but the food should remain below 41°F for food safety. Our packaging is designed to maintain this temperature for up to 72 hours under typical conditions.

Environmental Responsibility:

• We encourage you to recycle the cooler by reusing it, returning it to a local USPS or UPS store, or disposing of it through your local recycling system.
