  • Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Exclusions:
    • Perishable items, frozen goods, and food products are non-refundable for safety and hygiene reasons unless there is a proven quality issue.
    • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable are not eligible for refunds.

2. Return Process

  • Initiation: Customers must contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving their order to request a return or refund.
  • Details Required: Include the order number, a detailed reason for the return, and any relevant evidence (e.g., photos of damaged or defective items).
  • Approval: Returns will only be accepted with prior approval and a Return Authorization Number (RAN) provided by our team. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility:
    • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, except in cases where items are defective, damaged, or there was an error on our part.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of items.
  • Prepaid Labels: If the return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return label or arrange for pickup.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Inspection: Returned items will be thoroughly inspected upon receipt.
    • Refunds or exchanges will only be issued if the item meets the eligibility criteria.
